Experience
As both an Accredited EMDR Therapist and Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
I work face-face with adolescents (14+) and adults, within offices in Worplesdon, Guildford. I am also happy to provide video call sessions via Whats App.
My experience working with children and adolescents includes various roles as:
A youth counsellor within Surrey and Borders Partnership
A facilitator within a workshop for children experiencing bereavement, at a local hospice.
As a classroom assistant and mentor to adolescents who have been excluded from school, and as a nanny within private households.
My experience with adults has been:
Working within private practice,
Adult counselling services, including the IAPT service,
As an activities assistant within day care centres for people with dementia.
